6年で 2,221件が採択され、1,722件が完了した。完了報告は 1,716件ぶん存在する。誰も並べていなかっただけだ。国・人物・一件まで地図から辿り、提案と完了報告を原文のまま左右に並べる。達成・未達の判断はしない。 Over six years 2,221 proposals were funded and 1,722 completed. Completion reports exist for 1,716 of them — nobody had simply put them side by side. Follow the money from country to person to a single project, and read the promise and the report in the original, next to each other. No verdict is given on whether either was met.

The six gates are the six axes of relay health, the archive tower at the centre is the constitution, the assembly is the DReps, the vault is the treasury. Everything is generated procedurally in the browser: no assets, no accounts.

標語は「灯りを運ぶ」。トレジャリーの大灯台から炎を分けてもらい、自分の町へ持ち帰る — この寓話がそのまま資金フローの絵になる。8体を1体ずつ動かせる。町を歩ける。PIPを走らせて運ぶこともできる。 The motto is carrying the light: take a flame from the treasury's lighthouse home to your own town, and the allegory is the funding flow itself.
